Professional journey
Paula Helena Kuklane has been an integral part of LEI Register since 2018. Starting her career in customer service, she quickly proved her versatility and dedication, moving into operations before finding her true calling in UX/UI design. Paula’s journey has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of our internal processes, giving her a unique perspective on enhancing the customer experience. As a UX/UI designer, she’s focused on making interactions more intuitive and user-friendly for our clients and the team.
In addition to her work at LEI Register, Paula takes on freelance graphic design projects and has worked with a publishing house, further honing her skills and creativity.
Passion for design
Design has always been more than just a job for Paula—it’s a passion. She studied graphic design at the Estonian Academy of Arts and earned a UX/UI certification from Mento Design Academy. For her, good design is all about clarity and simplicity, ensuring users have an intuitive experience while enjoying an aesthetically pleasing interface.
“For me, design is a journey of constant exploration and refinement,” Paula shares. “I aim to create experiences that are not just visually appealing but also intuitively functional. Every element should work harmoniously, making users feel at ease and engaged.”

This balance of physical activity and intellectual engagement keeps Paula refreshed and inspired in her work.
